Trial
How long does the trial period last?
The BIM Guide trial lasts for 30 days.
Do I need to provide payment card details to use the trial?
No. Payment details will only be required when you decide to transition to a paid subscription.
What features are available during the trial?
The BIM Guide trial is identical to the paid version. Both offer access to all features.
Will the trial automatically switch to a paid version? What should I do if I want to subscribe?
No, the trial will not automatically switch to a paid version. If you wish to continue using BIM Guide, simply log in to your account, navigate to the “Subscription” tab, and use the calculator to select the number of licenses and complete your payment.
I’m not interested in a trial; I want to subscribe right away!
That’s great! The registration process is the same as for the trial. On the website, click “Start Now” and then “Register.” Fill out the form to create your account. Once logged in, navigate to the “Subscription” tab to purchase BIM Guide licenses by selecting the quantity and payment plan.

Will the trial automatically switch to a paid version? What should I do if I want to subscribe?
The trial does not automatically switch to a paid subscription. If you wish to subscribe, log in to your account, navigate to the “Subscription” tab, and select your desired number of licenses using our calculator. Complete the payment there.
Are there different subscription plans? What’s the difference?
Yes, there are two plans: monthly and annual. The annual plan is approximately 12% cheaper, while all features remain the same for both options.
How much does the subscription cost?
You can find all pricing information in the “Pricing” section.
Can the subscription be used on multiple devices and in different locations?
Yes, but the number of devices or locations depends on the number of purchased licenses, which are assigned to specific users. However, the BIM Guide platform can be accessed from any device or location, giving you full control wherever you are. 😊
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept payments via credit card.
My subscription is about to end. Do I need to renew it manually?
No action is needed; your subscription will renew automatically under the same conditions. If you don’t want it to renew, follow the steps outlined below.
I want to cancel my BIM Guide subscription. Can I do it anytime? What do I need to do?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your account and navigate to the “Subscription” section. Click “Cancel Subscription” to disable auto-renewal. Once the current billing period ends, your subscription will expire, and access to BIM Guide will cease.
Can I restore my subscription after canceling it?
Yes, you can! However, note that a new subscription starts from the date of purchase. It does not resume from the point where the canceled subscription left off, even if it was canceled mid-term.

Does BIM Guide work with software other than Autodesk Revit?
Currently, BIM Guide only works with Autodesk Revit, but we plan to adapt it for other similar software in the future.
Does BIM Guide monitor users' computer activity?
Absolutely not. BIM Guide only monitors a closed list of functions in Autodesk Revit that you specify. For instance, you’ll know if someone frequently uses unauthorized functions (and receive email notifications) or who is working on a specific project. There’s no collection of sensitive or detailed personal data—just the information needed to maintain model quality and efficient teamwork.
Can I use BIM Guide while collaborating with subcontractors?
Of course! You can allocate licenses as you see fit. Simply create accounts for subcontractors on the portal and provide them with the installation file for the plugin—they’ll handle the rest. Since the restrictions in BIM Guide apply only to the projects you specify, subcontractors don’t need to worry about you monitoring their work on projects you’re not collaborating on.
Is BIM Guide useful for small teams?
Even in small teams, maintaining model order and adhering to standards can be challenging. BIM Guide offers simple solutions to save time and prevent errors, enabling small teams to work as efficiently as larger ones.
Is BIM Guide helpful if we’re working on just one model?
Even with a single model, maintaining standards, order, and avoiding mistakes is crucial for quality. BIM Guide minimizes the risk of issues and inconsistencies that could impact performance and project costs. A single model requires just as much attention as multiple models.
Is it worth investing in an additional tool when the software itself is already costly?
